| 摘 要： | 对俄罗斯发展国际ITO做SWOT分析,其优势突出体现在大量高素质IT人才和国家对IT产业发展的政策扶持;劣势表现为国内IT产业规模不足和相关的知识产权保护的欠缺;机遇表现为俄罗斯的经济发展战略提供了发展动力以及俄罗斯主要软件出口市场北美和欧洲市场空间的不断扩大;挑战表现为印度、中国等国在国际ITO市场竞争加剧以及国内产业调整亟待解决。俄罗斯在国际ITO市场将成为有竞争力的一极。

| Abstract: | In the SWOT analysis of Russia developing international ITO, strength embody on the many high quality IT human resource and the government policy support; weakness embody on the lack of scale and IP ;opportunity embody on the economy development strategy supply the power and export market turn larger; threat embody on the India,china .etc enhance competivity and adjust domestic industry structure. Russia in the international ITO market will be a competitive one. |
