Spinocerebral faecal migration in a shotgun injury |

| Abstract: | Migration of foreign material within the subarachnoid space is a rare event, seldom reported in the medical literature. We report a unique case in which spinocerebral migration of faecal material occurred as a direct consequence of a shotgun injury to the pelvis. |
