| 摘 要： | 2013年1月1日起正式施行的新《民事诉讼法》,修正的60个条款中,直接与再审审查程序有关的共计8条,涉及到当事人申请再审的管辖法院调整、事由的适当限制、期间的重新确立、检察监督职能的完善等多个方面。结合司法实践,对本次修正的再审审查程序中的亮点作一解读,具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The new Civil Procedure Law came into effect on January 1,2013,which amended 60 articles.Among them,a total of eight is directly on retrial review process,involving the adjustment of the jurisdiction of court where the parties apply for retrial,the proper limit to reasons,the re-establishment of the limitation period,the perfect of procuratorial supervision functions and many other aspects.In combination with judicial practice,the interpretation of the highlights of the new retrial program is of great significance. |
