| 摘 要： | 自中国开展社区矫正工作以来,检察机关的检察监督在其中起了非常重要的作用,有助于社会主义和谐社会的建设。但社区矫正检察监督也存在法律规定欠缺、机构设置缺乏、监督对象模糊以及监督手段简单等诸多问题。为此,有必要明确规定社区矫正中检察机关监督权、健全社区矫正中检察监督机构、明确社区矫正中检察监督对象、丰富社区矫正中检察监督手段以便完善社区矫正中的检察监督。

| Abstract: | Since the introduction of community correction,the inspection and supervision has played a very important role in contributing to the harmonious socialist society.However,the current inspection and supervision over community correction lacks legal regulation and institutional arrangement.Therefore,it is necessary to specify the supervision procedure in the community correction supervision,improve the function of the inspection and supervision bodies in community correction,clearly define the targets of community corrections and enrich the relevant methods to improve the community corrections and its supervision system. |
