关于我国电子商务立法的思考

随着信息技术在全球的迅速发展及广泛运用 ,其必将给社会经济关系带来巨大的推动和影响。与此同时 ,在这一领域出现的不少问题亟需加快立法进程予以规范。为此 ,作者通过考察国外有关电子商务立法的特点及经验 ,认为我国在电子商务立法方面需解决以下问题 :合法性问题、可信赖性问题、可执行性问题和法律适用问题

A Consideration on E-commerce Legislation

As the rapid development and wide application of information technology, it is certain to put forward and influence the social economic relations and at the same time constitutes a challenge to the legislative authority. The author makes a survey on relative foreign legislations in the area of e-commerce and considers that China must try to solute following issues: legality, reliability, enforceability and legal application.
