| 摘 要： | 应用超薄层聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦技术对辽宁地区200例正常人精子黄递酶Ⅲ型(DIA)的分布进行了研究。其基因频率分别为DIA_3~1=0.6850,DIA_3~2=0.2875,DIA_5~3=0.0275。由阴道液、唾液、乳汁及无精子症精液不能判定DIA_3型。室温保存精斑可检出时限为9个月。

| Abstract: | The distribution of sperm DIA_3 phenotypes was studied using the ultra-thin PAGIEF technique in 200 Chinese males in Liaoning area. Five DIA_3 phenotypes were detected. The gene frequencies were as follows: DIA_3~10.6850, DIA_3~20.2875, DIA_3~20.0275. The isoenzyme activity in vaginal fluid, saliva, milk and in semen from aspermia were not detected. The detectable duration for semenstains stored at room temperature was about 9 months. The optimal amount for detection of the DIA_3 is 1μl in the freeze thawed sperms, 5μl in the fresh semen; 0.25×0.25cm size of semenstains is used. The phenotyping of DIA_3 in the mixed seminal-vaginal stains was also carried out. |
