| 摘 要： | 通过建立社会和谐度以及非政府组织与构建和谐社会的变量关系,人们可从两个视角获得对非政府组织促进社会和谐作用机制的认识:在非政府组织的分类层面,各种不同种类的非政府组织具有各自独特的作用机理;而在非政府组织的一般层面,不同种类的非政府组织又存在统一的机理即效用值的差异。

| Abstract: | Based on establishing the variable relation among social harmonious degree,NGO and harmonious society construction,one can get the cognition about the action mechanism of NGO promoting social harmony from the following two angles: in reference to NGO classification,each has respectively particular mechanical function,e.g.the category of community intermediary and service,of charity,of civil welfare undertaking,of asserting civil rights;in reference to general NGO,the different types of NGO have the different effective value in spite of unific principle. |
