| 摘 要： | 教育改革与其它社会变革密不可分,它对政治改革和经济改革等存在依存性;同时,教育改革的本质特点和规律又充分体现了教育改革的相对独立性。只有坚持两者的有机统一,教育改革才能取得成功。
