| 摘 要： | 在国际金融危机及劳动法律实施等多重因素作用下,我国的劳动争议呈现出数量多、类型多、群体性劳动争议多、调处难度加大等新特点.工会面对这些新特点,应通过民主管理、协商等方式在争议发生前介入.在社会化、多元化调解大背景下发挥工会的劳动争议调解核心作用,通过仲调对接、诉调对接、委托调解等方式参与仲裁和诉讼,通过劳动争议预警等诸多方式进行应对.
