浅谈警察公共关系工作与媒体沟通

在新时期的警察队伍建设中，警察公共关系工作特别是在警察形象建设上发挥着越来越重要的作用。然而，在实践过程中，警察与媒体的沟通成为影响警察形象建设的重要问题。其中也暴露了一些由于双方各自特点以及沟通理解不当而造成的问题和矛盾。应提出构建和谐的警察与媒体关系的方案，以期在矛盾与冲突中同样可以实现二者关系的和谐互动，通过双方的和谐互动关系而使得整个社会健康、有序的发展。

On the Communications Between the Police Public Relations and the Media

At the present time,the Police Public Relations plays a more and more important role especially in the building of Police Image in the modern police development.However,the communications between police and the media practically become an initial problem in the building of Police Image as well.Because of the specialties of the two organizations and their misunderstandings,the problems can be found blocking the way for police image building.In this assignment,the author analyzed the conflicts occurred in the communication of police and the media.Moreover,he offered some suggestions to solve the problems as well.By building a harmonious relationship between police and media,the society itself could benefit in a good way as well.
