政府采购可以节约财政资金、提高采购效率、发挥政策功能和行为导向作用。行政、事业单位在政府采购执行过程中,却出现了采购价格高、资金浪费等问题,本文针对北京市有关单位在政府采购执行过程中存在的问题进行了分析,阐述了产生问题的原因,并在此基础上提出了改进与完善的对策。

The Problems and Countermeasures in the Course of Government Purchase in Beijing

With playing a role in policy and behavior guidance,Government purchasing could have saved financial funds and improved purchasing efficiency.Nevertheless,there are the problems,such as the highly purchasing price,funds waste and so on in the process of government purchasing.This paper,aiming at the existing problems in the process of government purchasing,analyzes the cause of the problems and then raises some countermoves of improvement.
