| Abstract: | The mafia style syndicates commit crimes professionally,bringing social,economic and political influences.Such syndicates were to be differentiated from common criminal organizations.When handing a case related to mafia style organizations,it is proposed that attention should be paid on the appropriate penalties,crashing down these organizations economically and the employment of criminal policies. |
