| 摘 要： | 日本对华直接投资经历30多年的曲折发展,出现过两次高潮,现正进入新的发展阶段。日本对华直接投资的地位和投资结构都发生了相应的变化。由于中国经济持续稳定高速增长,而日本经济则陷入长期停滞,前景黯淡,日本企业纷纷以中国为中心开展海外事业,日本对华直接投资可望进一步呈现波浪式向前发展的态势。为此,我国要采取积极的对策,进一步推进日本对华直接投资的新发展。

| Abstract: | Having experienced more than 30 years of unsmooth development and two climaxes,Japanese FDI to China is now entering a new development stage,whose investment status and structure have changed accordingly.China is enjoying a sustained,steady and fast economic development while Japan is undergoing a long-term stagnation with gloomy economic prospect,which leads to the fact that many Japanese enterprises invest overseas,mainly in China.As a result,Japanese FDI to China may further proceed in a wave-like manner.Thus,we should take active countermeasures to further promote the new development of Japanese FDI to China. |
