| 摘 要： | 建设一支高素质的企业家队伍 ,是 2 1世纪企业经济发展的重要依托。各国经济发展的历史证明 ,企业家群体既是现代企业的生命和灵魂 ,又是国家经济发展的栋梁。企业竞争和国家之间的经济竞争 ,在很大程度上是高素质的企业家群体之间的竞争。

| Abstract: | Building a high-caliber enterpreneur ranks is an important backing of economic development in enterprises in the 21st century. The history of economic development in various countries has proved that the enterpreneur group is not only a life & soul among modern companies, but also a main factor of national economic development. Enterprises' competition and economic competition among various countries is a competition among high-caliber enterpreneur groups in the great degree. |
