摘    要:“教师成为研究者”这一命题,不仅是时代对教师的要求,更是教师自身专业发展的需要。教师在工作中积极提高自我反思的意识和能力,并结合自己的工作实际,寻找问题,开展教育科学研究,是现代教师专业发展的重要途径。

Abstract:The issue, "Teachers become researchers", is not only the age's demand for teachers but also the need for teachers' own professional development. Teachers should improve self- checking consciousness and ability, look for problems combining with their practical work, and undertake scientific research on education, which is an important approach for modern teachers' professional development.
