山西忻州公安机关“十进家”活动调研报告

今年4月份以来，山西忻州公安机关开展了以构建新型和谐警民关系为基本内涵的“十进家”活动。活动开展的初期，就取得了巨大的成效和强烈的社会反响。“十进家”活动的开展促进了当地乃至全省公安工作和公安队伍建设的进步与发展，也对当地和谐社会建设做出了有益的贡献。通过深度的调查研究，我们以党的十七大推动科学发展，促进社会和谐的精神为主线，以“十进家”活动为基本素材，从讲政治的高度和学理的层面，分析探讨了“十进家”活动对和谐社会建设的意义和作用，尤其是从公安工作全面、协调、健康和持续进步与发展的角度，对“十进家”进一步开展过程中的深度辐射作用，做了拓展性的研究和思考。

Report on "10 -Going to the house" Organized by Xinzhou police in Shanxi Research Team on "10 -Going to the house"

Since April,Shanxi Xinzhou Police have carried out activity named "10-Going to the house" which considers builing new and harmonious relation between the people and the police as basic connotation.At the beginging of this project,great effects and strong social reaction were achieved.The development of this activity both promoted the improvement and development of local or even provincial police work and police construction,and did contributions to local construction of harmonious society.Through profund investigation and study,we analyzed and discussed the meaning and role of "10-Going to the house" in constructing harmonious society from the height of politics and theory level with "push scientific development,promote harmonious society" of the "Party's 17th National Congress" as main outline,with "10-Going to the house" as basic materials.In particular,the deep radiation effect of "10-Going to the house" is also studied and thought from the point of developing police work comprehensively,concordantly,healthily and constantly.
