| 摘 要： | 本文对二战以后,日本在法、德大陆法系的诉讼体制基础上引进英美法,特别是导入美国的法律思想,逐步建立完善的现代日本检察制度,从职权、组织与机构三方面作了介绍,指出了现代日本检察制度的特色。
