摘    要:建立民警岗位等级制度,是构建民警岗位责任制体系的一项重要内容,是队伍传统管理向现代管理转变过程中,在管理理念、制度和机制等方面的又一次创新,有助于提高警务效益,实现警力资源的无增长改善。要按照制度化、标准化、专业性、可操作性、等级对应和公开、公平的原则开展民警岗位等级制度建构的探索与实践,促进民警岗位责任制度体系建设的不断完善,为民警职业生涯发展提供更加广阔的空间。

Abstract:The establishment of the rank system of police post, an important part to construct the responsibility system of police post, is another innovation in administrative concept, system and mechanism while the contingent administration is changing from the traditional one to the modern one, so as to improve police resources without increasing police force. The establishment of the rank system of police post should be explored and carried out according to the systematization, standardization, professionalism, maneuverability, rank correspondence and the principle of openness and fairness, so as to promote the responsibility system of police post to be constantly improved, and create much better environment to develop the police career.
