| 摘 要： | 政策咨询是我国咨询业的一项重要内容。我国政策咨询业发展的现状 ,分为四个阶段 ,并取得了如下五大成就 :建立了政策咨询机构 ;形成了政策咨询风尚 ;培养了政策咨询队伍 ;取得了政策咨询硕果 ;积累了政策咨询经验。存在的问题有 :咨询意识有待增强 ;咨询水平需要提高 ;咨询方法尚待改进 ;咨询机构仍需完善 ;咨询人员素质亟待提高。解决的对策是 :必须提高决策者的咨询意识 ,充分认识政策咨询的重要意义 ;扎实开展调查研究活动 ,全面提高政策咨询的成果质量 ;积极转变咨询服务职能 ,迅速拓宽政策咨询的发展空间 ;切实加大政策扶持力度 ,不断改善政策咨询的环境条件 ;努力加强学习更新知识 ,进一步提高政策咨询人员的自身素质
