| 摘 要： | 新中国成立以来,根据国家安全形势和经济社会发展的需要,我国国防与经济建设的关系先后经历了四次重要演变。总结这一演变过程,探寻二者之间关系的规律,对于新世纪新阶段统筹国防和经济发展,建立巩固强大的国防,实现和维护国家的根本利益,具有重要的现实意义。
