标准化与反垄断问题研究

本文首先通过对标准化市场效应的分析 ,表明标准化同样也应当进行反垄断的法律分析 ,然后作者以美国为例 ,详细阐述了美国在这方面的法律规制制度。在此基础上 ,作者对美国制度中的不足进行了评判 ,作为本文论旨之所在 ,本文最后提出了我国标准化反垄断的法律对策。
