With the further development of governing the country according to the law and people's better awareness of the concept of human rights, some faults in our legal system become all the more obvious and there is great desire to reform the legal system, in which the right of privacy draws people's attention. The article states its legal origin, status quo and attributes and explores on how to localize it under the present situation.
