| 摘 要： | 在经济开发区进行社会主义新农村建设有其客观必然性。其目标任务有统筹区域发展,加快城市化进程等。为此,提出了在开发区进行社会主义新农村建设的具体途径,具体包括:大力发展第三产业;建设全面小康社会;养成文明新风尚等。
