| 摘 要： | 德国中小企业经过多年的发展，已在德国经济当中占有重要地位。德国政府制订并形成了一系列促进中小企业发展的法律、法规，建立了较为完善的制度体系。同时，政府对中小企业的支持力度非常大，为中小企业发展提供了很好的发展环境，促进了中小企业的发展。这些成功的经验值得我们借鉴和学习。
