地方入警大学生思想政治教育的思考

大学生入警是公安边防部队干部队伍重要来源之一,对于改善队伍结构、增强部队战斗力具有十分重要的作用。为了端正入伍动机,坚定理想信念,尽快引导入警大学生顺利实现“从老百姓到军人,从地方大学生到合格警官”的转变,在培训阶段对人警大学生开展有效的思想政治教育就很有必要,探索和思考如何提高思想政治教育的质量具有较强的现实意义。
