| 摘 要： | 团体心理辅导是心理咨询的是一种方式，经过多年的实践，已在全国学校、社区和医院等人员相对集中的场所推广使用，近年来在部队心理工作中运用，取得了较好的效果。本文就团体心理辅导在基层部队中运用的优越性、具体操作方法、采取方式以及所产生的效果进行阐述，探讨团体心理辅导在基层部队心理工作中的应用。

| Abstract: | As a form of psychological counseling, after many years＂ practice, the group psychology counseling has been widely applied in places with dense population, such as schools, communities and hospitals. In recent years, it has also been applied in mental health work in troops and achieved desired effects. This essay has elaborated on advantage, procedures, modes and effects of applying group psychology counseling in grassroot troops in order to discuss application of this counseling form in grassroot troops. |
