论“三型”马克思主义执政党的“双重”逻辑

推进“三型”马克思主义执政党建设，首先应对其理论逻辑与发展逻辑进行分析．．就其理论逻辑来看，学习型、服务型、创新型和“马克思主义执政党”是“三型政党”目标体系的四个结构要素。一要理清其结构要素的边界，从科学理论、价值指向和路径选择三个维度分别考察“学习型”、“服务型”、“创新型”政党的概念内涵。二要深入研究四个结构要素之间的内在逻辑，“学习型”是前提、“服务型”是目标、“创新型”是动力，三者统一于“马克思主义执政党”建设。就其发展逻辑而言，“三型政党”建设应该按照“主题统领一主线推进一方针指导一布局保障”的分析框架进行整体推进，以切实提高党的建设科学化水平。
