| 摘 要： | 文章采取文本分析的方法，通过图表反映鄂粤两省法治政府建设指标体系的差异和共同点，并进行比较分析和研究。对比两省法治政府建设指标体系可以发现法治政府指标体系在我国地方发展演进的脉络并从中获得有益的启示。

| Abstract: | The article adopted text analysis, and reflect the differences and similarities of construction index system of government by law of Hubei and Guangdong provinces through charts and comparative analysis and research. Through the eomparision of the index system of government by law in local development process, we can be inspired by it. |
