In order to be adapted to the developing of financial globalization, it is a rational choice to make the transition from separate managing system to combined managing system for our banking. Therefore, China needs to be based on its present states and make equate preparations by changing its concept, loosening its management, strengthening its legislation, encouraging all kinds of banking to make financial innovation and develop management comprehensively and versatile. Of course, we should realize the combined managing system by gradually reformative methods.
