| Abstract: | This article expounds the position and role of non-state economy in the national econ-omy and points out that the gap of non-state economy between eastern and western areas brings about the economic gap between eastern and western areas.The article stresses that developing western non-state economy is an important way to narrow the economic gap between eastern and western areas.The article also puts forward some suggestions on how to quicken the non-state economic development in western areas. |
