政府在维护社会公正视域中的责任定位

公平正义是人类永恒的价值追求,是人类社会文明和发展的重要尺度。市场经济由于自身的缺陷无法建立起公正的社会;非营利组织的行为具有自愿性和随意性,也无法承担起维护社会公正的重任。作为公共事务的治理主体,政府理应承担起维护和实现社会公正的责任。政府要在树立共享社会发展成果的理念;推进制度公正以及集聚社会资本等方面来推进社会公正。
