| 摘 要： | 马克思主义辩证法作为基础,对司法规律的概念和特征进行了初步界定,对相关概念进行辨析,是规律研究的一般方法,司法规律也不例外。与此同时,司法规律又有其显著的自身特征,分析并认识这些特征对于我国司法规律的研究与发展有至关重要的作用。
