军队思想道德教育50年的基本经验

新中国成立以来， 我军的思想道德教育取得了辉煌成绩， 积累了丰富的经验。基本经验是： 抓住科学理论教育这个关键， 把官兵思想道德觉悟的提高建立在科学理性思考基础上； 突出教育重点， 把解决深层次思想问题作为提高官兵思想道德的主攻方向； 抓好法纪教育， 用党规、国法、军纪约束官兵思想和道德行为； 讲究教育艺术， 增强思想道德教育的科学性和有效性； 强调教育者先受教育， 严于律己， 为部队思想道德建设带好头。

Basic Experiences of Education in Thinking and Moral for Fifty Years in the Army

The education in thinking and moral of our army had been successful and accumulated a lot of experiences since new China founded, the basic experiences are: grasping the key of education in scientific thoughts, making the scientific objective thoughts as the basement of the training of the armymen, thoughts and moral consciousness; stressing the main education points,working out ways to solve the deeper problems as the main direction of raising the level of thinking and moral of the armymen; doing well in the education of law, keeping the thoughts and moral action of the armymen within the rules of the Party, the law of our state, the diciplines of the Army; regarding for the arts of education, strengthening the scientificness and effectiveness of education in thinking and moral; emphasizing that one who educates others should be educated first, being strict with oneself,setting good examples for the construction of military thoughts and morality.
