工会参与人力资源管理探析

摘    要:社会的发展推动着工会职能的延伸。工会参与人力资源管理的职能源自工会章程和法律规定以及现实劳动关系的发展状况,主要表现为工会应该参与职位设计、工作分析、职工招聘管理、职工薪酬管理及职工培训等环节。对于这些职能,工会应该在观念更新、干部素质、制度机制等方面做出积极应对。

Abstract:The development of a society promotes the extension of function of trade unions, the tracle union participates in the human resource management bases on the constitutions and laws of trade unions, as well as the real state of development of working relation. The Functions generally are in the job design, job analysis, staff recruitment, wage management and staff training. The trade union should make a positive response to renew concept, change the staff's qualities, and construct the system of regulations.
