| 摘 要： | 本文对毛发ABO型测定时的解离温度及指示红细胞的选择进行了探讨。试验结果表明,在40℃条件下解离25min,结合抗体的释放与指示红细胞的凝集力均不受影响。用多人混合血液配制指示红细胞与效价为1∶128标准血清反应,便可获得满意的结果。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the choice of indicator red blood cells and the optimal tem- perature for absorption and elution test of ABO typing of hairs were studied. Results indicated that there was not any ill effect on both the antibody elu- tion and the agglutination reaction if the test were carried out at 40℃ for 25min.The satisfactory results were obtained when pooled red blood cells and antisera of 1:128 titre were used. |
