青年创业群体的性别差异分析

随着中国社会的发展,参与创业的女性尤其是青年女性数量越来越多。女性创业者与男性创业者既有共性也有着较为明显的差别。本文采用问卷调查法,以山东省315名创业青年为调查对象,从特定群体中的性别视角切入,对青年创业现状进行深入研究发现,山东男女青年创业者在创业区域选择、创业政策获取渠道、媒体舆论引导、创业认知度、所在城市创业环境变化趋势、创业具备素质、创业失败主观原因、创业最大制约因素、创业初期贷款额度、政府在改善创业环境上的举措等方面差异不大。而在所从事的行业、企业方展方向、资金需求、创业困难期寻求帮助、创业顾虑、创业政策、创业环境、创业培训等方面有着较为明显的差异。

Analysis on Gender Discrepancy in Young Pioneering Group

Along with the social development in China, there are increasing females, especially the young fe- males, participate in pioneering, who have apparent similarity as well as the distinctiveness from the males. The es- say employs questionnaires to investigate 315 entrepreneurs in Shandong Province, to explore the current situation of young entrepreneurs. The major finding is that the gender discrepancy in the option of regions, the acquisition channel of policies, the media leading, the identification level, varying tendency of pioneering environment, and the like, is not overt, whereas there is a great distinctiveness in the trades, the developmental direction, the capital demands, assistance during difficulties, concerns, policies, environment as well as training.
