| 摘 要： | 湘军是近代新出现的军队控制形式,它以募兵制度替代了世袭制的绿营兵制,促进了传统中国控制方式的大变革.湘军作为新的社会控制手段稳定了清政府的统治,同时,湘军的兴起也引发了清政府的兵制变革,弱化了皇权对军队和地方的绝对权威,扩张了绅权,分解了中央集权,致使清末督抚专政,最终导致了民国军阀割据局面的形成.

| Abstract: | Xiang Army is a new army control system in the modern times, which substituted the hereditary sys- tem by enrolling new soldiers and facilitatirp the great revolution in China＇s controlling means. Xiang Army consoli- dated the Qing government＇s administration by a new social controlling method, caused the transformation in the Qing government＇s army system, decreased the central control from the Qing government to the local armies, ex- panded the power of landlords and eventually led to the formation of warlords in the time of the Republic of China. |
