Bianzhi management is related to administrative costs and the efficiency of bureaucracy.The outstanding problems of Bianzhi management are unscientific,and the standardization and institutionalization are relatively lagging behind.In the new era,in order to achieve the goal of governance modernization and government competence,the Bianzhi management needs to keep a balance of development and total amount of control,departmentalism and holism,short-term and long-term costs,increase and decrease,the joint efforts of SCPSR and the financial sector.It needs to be reformed from the aspects of legislative guarantee,multi-coordination,planning guidance,ideas innovation,and collaborative mechanism so as to enhance the foundation of modern organizational structure.
