做好维权工作贵在加强工会自身建设

受改革相关政策不到位和旧体制历史惯性等因素的制约，当前我国社会各阶层的分化不断加深，劳资矛盾日益激化，不同阶层的利益诉求与价值取向也不尽相同，给工会工作特别是维权工作带来了诸多困难。因此，在新形势下，要切实调解好“劳资矛盾”、做好维权工作，增强工会的号召力、凝聚力，重塑中国工会新形象，就必须在开创适合我国工会发展需要的外部环境之外，切实加强工会自身建设。

Trade Union should Promote the Ability of Safeguarding the Worker's Rights

Influenced by policy insufficiency and historical factors of former system,the divergency between social stratums,as well as the contradiction between employers and employees becomes intensified.Since the value orientation and the demand of interest from different social classes are various,it brings us many new situations and new problems.Thus,only if the national trade unions get improved constantly besides building up a integrated social environment,can the problems be solved and reinvent a whole new image of trade union.
