运用多媒体示证的理论思考

为适应庭审制度改革的需要，解决犯罪形态智能化，证据种类多样化与示证方式滞后，诉讼效率低下的矛盾，检察机关对多媒体示证方式作了尝试。本文阐释了多媒体示证的实践动因，论证了多媒体示证的法律依据。指出：多媒体示证系统的运用，对于增加诉讼透明度，促进诉讼公正及提高诉讼效益具有积极作用，是一种有益的尝试。

A theoretical Consideration on Multi-media Producing of Evidences

In order to meet the needs of justice reform, resolve the contradiction between the criminal intellectualization, evidential multiplication and the backward of the evidences producing methods and lowness of judicial efficiency, the procurators' offices try to adopt the multi－media evidences producing method. This article introduces the practical motivations and legal bases of that method. It argues that that method' adoption will be beneficial to increase judicial transparency, to promote judicial justice, and to improve judicial efficiency.
