| 摘 要： | 对矫正对象的帮助、保护是社区矫正人性化的重要体现。社区矫正必须克服已往只重视刑罚执行单一性的倾向。要在执行刑罚的前提下，积极探索矫正对象帮助、保护策略，凸现社区矫正的人性关怀。以进一步优化刑罚的矫正功能，不断促进矫正对象社会功能的恢复与发展。

| Abstract: | Assistance and protection to rectified subjects is a significant embodiment on humanization in community rectification,which is required to overcome singular tendency towards punishment for criminal offence in the past.On the premise of punishment,we should positively explore the strategy of assistance and protection to rectified subjects,projecting humane concern in the community rectification,further perfecting rectified function in punishment,and continuously promoting restoring and development of social function of rectified subjects. |
