中介组织法律地位初探

中介组织是连接政府、市场主体等多方交流的桥梁和纽带,是沟通协调各方关系、提供相关服务的机构,在政治体制改革及国民经济的发展中起着积极的作用。目前,我国的中介组织仍处于自发性的起步发展阶段,呈地位界定不清、规模小、实力差、市场约束性弱、规范化程度低之势,未能真正发挥促进市场经济高效发展的作用。因此,明晰其法律地位并完善相关立法具有重要的理论意义。
