| 摘 要： | 随着早期工业化过程的社会大生产体系及社会结构的转型和变迁,各种大型组织也在持续性地消解或重组,它们的影响力也明显地衰落或转变。这些最新的动态将个人的主体性推入了新的阶段,使得个人以新的方式对快速变迁的生活给予积极的回应。相对而言,当代“个人”面对的是一种更为个性化的或“个人化的社会”。在这个阶段上,构筑和分享共同的生活也就更为艰巨、意义更为重大。当代个人通过自我的发展揭示了构筑和谐的现实动力。

| Abstract: | Along with the transformation and change of the big social production system in the forepart industrialization,some big organizations as well as have disappeared or reformed,and their influence is changed,too.The individuals also stride forward into a new stage with these new trends.In many aspects,we are getting more individualizational than ever.So for us,to build and share a common life is very difficult and very important.However,there is a great power in the individuals of our age to realize the social harmonious. |
