| Abstract: | Ascertaining circumstances is a definite rule for the police to follow when using weapons.In policing practice,however,there are some policemen who neglect the rule due to one reason or another.To probe into the necessity,operative criteria of ascertaining circumstances and the cause analysis of the existing problems is helpful to gradually perfect the system of police using weapons. |
