摘    要:Public Service Delivery, Performance Evaluation, and Government Trust: A Review of the 2013 Lien Conference on Public Administration Ma Liang1 Yu Wenxuan2 Wu Wei2 (1. Nanyang Centre for Public Administration, Nanyang Technological University; 2. Public Policy and Global Affairs General Office, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore 639798) Abstract: It is the fundamental role of government to deliver quality public services. In the background of global economic reces- sion and financial austerity, how to innovatively deliver quality public services has increasingly been one of the top priorities of governments across the world. In line with the demand, 2013 Lien Conference on Public Administration held on November 15-16 at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, was themed "Public Service Delivery and Evaluation." Leading scholars and experts from 18 countries and regions gathered in the Conference and extensively discussed the issues such as public service de- livery initiatives and innovations, comparative public service delivery, public service performance measurement and manage- ment, public participation and public service satisfaction, public service collaboration and governance, and social impact of public service. This article reviews their ideas and viewpoints, summarizes the mainstream research findings and suggests future research agenda in the field.
