| Abstract: | In accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, we are proposing to establish a new system of records, "Evaluation of the Medicare Case Management Demonstration" No. 09-07-0061 HHS/HCFA/ORD. We have provided background information about the proposed system in the "Supplementary Information" section below. Although the Privacy Act requires that only the "routine uses" portion of the systems be published for comment, HCFA invites comments on all portions of this notice.
