| 摘 要： | 服务贸易在各国经济中的地位和作用日益重要,其兴旺发达的程度成为衡量现代化水平的一个重要标志.本文试从服务贸易的概念入手,分析CAFTA中服务贸易的发展现状及其合作动向,提出应在遵循WTO框架下GATS相应规则的基础上,结合CAFTA现有的<10+1协议>,在合理的时间内建立并完善服务贸易法律制度,并对此做出设想.

| Abstract: | The service trade plays a more and more important role in a nation's economy for its upgrowth has become the sign of the modernization. By analyzing the present situation in CAFTA and the GATS in the WTO, the thesis suggests the establishment and perfection of the legal system of service trade in CAFTA. |
