重建个人信用 推进和谐社会建设

人们是否普遍诚信是判断一个社会是否和谐的标志之一，目前，中国社会的个人信用状况不容乐观，失信现象非常普遍。造成个人信用缺失的成因，除了法治不完善、长期实行计划经济体制等原因之外，传统儒文化的影响不容忽视，毕竟儒文化是中国社会的文化本体和文化根基，或多或少、或轻或重影响着多数人的观念和行为。重建个人信用需要完善个人信用法治体系和个人征信体系，强化失信行为硬约束；此外，应多管齐下加强诚信教育，培育诚信意识和信用文化。

Rebuilding Personal Credibility and Boost the Construction of Harmonious Society

Credibility is one of the indicators for a harmonious society while the situation of credibility is far from optimism in present Chinas society.Lack of personal credibility is due to not only insufficiency in law system or the long -term planned -economy but also the influence of traditional Confucian culture,which is the historical basis of Chinese culture and influences the concept as well as the behavior of the majority of Chinese people more or less.To rebuild personal credibility demands to improve the relevant law system for individual credit and individual credit information system.Strict punitive approaches are to be enforced against the violators.Furthermore credit ed- ucation,cultivation of credit consciousness and credit culture are also to be strengthened.
