| 摘 要： | 始终坚持和发展马克思主义基本原理,奠定了江泽民"三农"思想坚实的理论基础.始终着眼于新的实践和新的发展,开辟了江泽民"三农"思想指导实践发展的新境界.始终以深邃的历史眼光考察"三农"问题,打开了江泽民"三农"思想宽广的理论视野.始终从实际出发,关注国计民生,体现了江泽民"三农"思想深切的人文关怀.江泽民"三农思想的实践意义在于必须统筹城乡发展,发展现代农业,坚持以人为本,坚持深化改革和坚持党管农村工作.
