| 摘 要： | 从表面上看,历史唯物主义理论并不十分关注财产制度,但实质上,历史唯物主义并非与知识产权无关;相反,马克思主义理论体系,对于把握和理解财产权在社会中的地位以及知识产权与经济之间的关系,仍具有积极意义。
